Jimmy Love is a Managing Partner where he has acquired and developed roughly 8.4 million square feet of Class A industrial properties since in 2013. Mr. Love has been involved in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of over $2.5 billion of industrial properties since 2007 and has served on the National Board of Directors at NAIOP as well as its Industrial Advisory and I-Con committees.
Michael Augustine is a Managing Partner where he has acquired and developed roughly 8.2 million square feet of Class A industrial properties since joining the firm in 2014. Mr. Augustine was previously at Morgan Stanley and Prologis, and most recently at the Charles Hawkins Company where he leased and sold over $150 million of industrial real estate in Nashville, TN. Mr. Augustine holds an SIOR designation and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Curran Darling is a Managing Partner where he has acquired and developed roughly 8 million square feet of Class A industrial development since joining the firm in 2016. Mr. Darling was previously at JLL in the Industrial Capital Markets group. Mr. Darling graduated from Villanova University and is a member of the Dan DiLella Center for Real Estate, where he sits on the Nova Next Council board.
Nichole Reed is the Chief Financial Officer and has managed the financial and operational oversight of $650 million of capitalized value since joining the firm in 2019. Mrs. Reed began her career in public accounting with RSM McGladrey before moving on to become the CFO of the Arena Football League. Most recently, Nichole was the CFO/Co-Founder of a home e-commerce start up, Loom Decor, which was sold in 2018. Nichole graduated in 2004 from Miami University (Ohio) with a Masters in Accounting.
Robert McNeilly is the Director of Construction responsible for all facets of ground-up construction and tenant improvements. He has been involved in the development of roughly 4 million SF since joining the firm in 2021. Mr. McNeilly was previously at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed over $25 million of capital projects. Mr. McNeilly holds a Masters of Engineering in Construction Management from Vanderbilt University.
